Presented by the American Federation of Musicians Local 92 and the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Paul Ferrington

The Hall of Fame Performers include:
The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, Lance Diamond, Van Taylor and his international touring band Taylor Made Jazz (Young Audiences artists), and The Historic Colored Musicians Club, represented by the George Scott Big Band. Musical arranger Phil Sims
